21 Day Beginner Pilates Challenge | Day 14 | 25-Min Intermediate Full Body Pilates Workout

This 25-minute Full Body Intermediate Pilates Flow is part of the 21 Day Pilates Challenge — designed to help you build strength, control, and confidence through intentional movement.

Today’s session focuses on deep core activation, glute and inner thigh strength, and upper body stability. Expect a smooth, continuous flow that challenges your endurance while keeping everything controlled and aligned. It’s strong, but grounded.

If you’ve been following the challenge, this is where you’ll really start to feel the difference in your posture, balance, and overall body awareness. If you’re just joining — you can absolutely start here and work your way through the full series.

What you’ll need:
– A mat
– 25 minutes
– Focused energy

This challenge is about consistency. Show up for 21 days and watch how your body responds!
