PHC Faye Meuser Award - Jen Duff, Maternity Services

Meet the former "Baby Boss" in St. Paul's Hospital's Maternity Department. Jennifer Duff, then-operations leader, Maternity and the Neo-natal Intensive Care unit at St. Paul's Hospital, Providence Health Care led the department through a variety of changes that focused care on the whole family and brought nurses in as equal partners in the care
continuum. The maternity department focuses on teamwork and person-centred care.
Jen received the 2011 Faye Meuser Award for being a highly respected, visionary leader with a solid reputation as a mentor, role model, colleague and change agent.
