*PURPOSE*: This Audio-visual Meditation uses Schematism Tech to EXPERIENTIALLY REALIZE how and why rendering our vedana as concrete images does not help. Sometimes, when vedana arises, the best course is NOT to concretize the mood, vibe, or generalized anxiety into some objective particular.

*METHOD*: Consider those times that your anger or fear or hate had enthralled you to an outrageous theory just to sustain itself. Your balanced, fact-computing faculty of reason was working well but made do with abstracta. But your emotions! They posited particular images. In a war between concepts and images, images will always win. Beware.
