Shooting Still Life - step by step guide to macro photography in the studio
This is a demonstration of how to setup, light, and shoot a small subject in a home studio. We cover positioning the subject, lighting a background, setting the key light, using reflectors, and manually shooting a focus-stacked image. There is a ton of useful information here and the techniques we discuss would work equally well for any number of still life subjects.
