Reballing Sony Vaio - Graphics Card Repair

Reballing Sony Vaio Laptop PCG-61611M with Homemade BGA Rework Station and low cost equipment, this repair will last many years if done properly.
Signs of video card problems: laptop turns on but does not show anything on screen ( black screen ).
Usually this problem is caused by insufficient cooling, the cooling system is clogged with dust resulting in overheating and graphics failure.
Why Reballing ? The graphics chip is soldered to the motherboard with many small solder balls (BGA) and one or more solder joints crack with time due to the thermal cycle which creates thermal stress (contraction and expansion https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermal_stress) and the laptop stops working, old thermal paste-pad or paste-pad with bad heat conductivity and clogged cooler increase the thermal stress, with this procedure we replace the solder balls and resolder the graphics chip to the motherboard and the laptop works again.
