The speaker spoke about immigration to the UK and types of Visas:
- family;
- business;
- short-term;
- workers and students.

Liliya also shared the requirements for work and student visas:
- Skilled Worker - Tier 2 (with an invitation from a British employer);
- Temporary work visa Tier 5;
- Intra-company visas Tier 2 ICT for employees of foreign companies;
- Student visa (before Tier 4).

Liliya also focused on the requirements for business visas (Tier 1):
- investor visa (from 2 million pounds);
- start-up (for the first business in the UK);
- unique talent;
- innovator (from 50 thousand pounds).

The speaker noted that not every visa gives permission to work in the UK. You can work without restrictions on the visa of a spouse or partner, on a visa based on family or personal life, if you have a visa of an EU citizen or a family member of an EU citizen, as well as investors. All short-term visas are not eligible to work.
