Pure enjoyment driving in a Ford Transit MK 5 Smiley. Some people say this was the best diesel engine Ford ever made - the 2.5 Di Banana. More say they wish they never got rid of theirs.

We used a Crosstour ct9900 4k action camera to record the footage. For the engine noise we recorded the audio with a rode lavaliere microphone connected to a zoom h1n.

Quite a few lessons learnt - we can mount the camera better. I'll try the next recording with the zoom h1n limiter set to off. There was a few frames skipped with the camera splits the recording file at about 4.2GB - you'll not really notice this if your recording the audio on-camera so an editing workflow is needed to deal with this.
