Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have been entangled in a vicious divorce that has caused a lot of embarrassment for the two on social media. In the latest installment of antics, Kroy has petitioned the court for a guardian ad litem to help mediate the wellbeing of the 4 minor children the couple share. Kim has since issued a statement via her attorney, claiming that Kroy's claims are not only harmful to her but to their children as well. She cannot wait to have her day in court!
