Bodybuilder tries the Gurkha Fitness Test

Thought it would be interesting to try and simulate the Gurkha's fitness test. These guys are well respected as the toughest soldiers in the world. How will a bodybuilder get on at these tests without practice ?

Fitness test standards:
12 Pull Ups
70 sit ups in 2 minutes
800 metre sprint in less that 2:40
