HOW TO: Delicious Coconut Lentil Curry Recipe | Easy Beginner Vegan Recipe

I’ve been thinking about going vegetarian or maybe even vegan for some time now. I decided to start trying out some easy beginner vegan recipes so that I could build a repertoire of cheap healthy meals for one.

Healthy and cheap recipes are my favorite because they usually fall under the category of budget recipe ideas. I always thought that being vegan should be fairly inexpensive so I wanted to do something cheap while I’m eating vegan for the first time.
