🍝💛 Creamy White Sauce Veg Pasta – No cheese, no maida… but vera level taste!

Simple-a, healthy-a, kids/office box ku perfect-a 😋

Loaded with veggies, made with wheat flour & milk – creamy texture, flavour explosion!

✨ Ingredients:

Pasta – 1 cup (boiled with salt & drained)

Onion – 1 (sliced)

Capsicum – 1 (sliced)

Carrot – 1 (julienned)

Sweet corn – 2 tbsp

Garlic – 4 pods (chopped)

Wheat flour – 1 tbsp

Butter / oil – 1 tbsp

Milk – 1.5 cups

Pepper – 1/2 tsp

Salt – to taste

Oregano – 1 tsp

Chilly flakes - 1 tsp

👩🏻‍🍳 Method:

1️⃣ Butter la garlic sauté pannunga.
2️⃣ Add wheat flour – light roast.
3️⃣ Slowly pour milk – stir without lumps.
4️⃣ Add chilly flakes, salt, oregano,– mix well.
5️⃣ In another pan, sauté veggies with salt and pepper
6️⃣ Add cooked pasta + sauce – toss until creamy.
7️⃣ Serve hot – top with chilli flakes/herbs.
