armpit abscess with retained gauze?

this patient presented to the ER with an abscess to the R armpit. He had it before in the same spot and he did not know if he ever removed the packing placed in the previous drainage. As you will see in this video, there was indeed a 'tissue-like' foreign body removed from the pocket of pus, as well as some purulence.
