Charlene Gamaldo, M.D. Johns Hopkins neurology sleep specialist and medical director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Sleep at Howard County General Hospital explains how sleep patterns change as we age and how much sleep we need and should get. Techniques for improving sleep are also discussed, as well as when it's time to see a sleep specialist for treatment of a sleep disorder.
