Together in this video we'll go over how to make bruschetta and crostini toppings. Bruschetta and crostini are such versatile, quick and tasty bases that can take a range of delicious toppings. You can use both sweet and savoury toppings. In this video we'll cover 3 different toppings, and talk about ways to build them up, thinking about height, texture and colour. We'll also go over some presentation tips.

= Bruschetta and Crostini =
- 1 baguette - french stick
- Olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt

Bake at 180 degrees Celcius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10-12minutes until lightly browned

= Beef, Brie and Apricot Chutney Bruschetta =
- Beef rump steak
- Hummus
- Apricot chutney
- Brie cheese
- Chives to garnish

= Avocado, Tomato and Feta Crostini =
- Avocado
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
- Feta cheese to garnish

= Strawberry, Cream Cheese, Balsamic and Mint Crostini =
- Cream cheese
- Strawberries, diced
- Balsamic glaze
- Mint to garnish
