Gymnastics at the Palace | Press Handstands with the Queen | Whitney

With less than 2 weeks to go until regionals, Whitney is summoned to Buckingham Palace by the Queen to give a press handstand tutorial! Turns out the Queen is quite a gymnastics fan. Had it not been for all her royal duties back in the day, she could have been an Olympic vault champion.

At the palace, Whitney explains and demonstrates tips and techniques for doing a successful press handstand. She lists the 4 critical skills needed to do a press handstand as: 1) a handstand, 2) a cartwheel (fundamental in attaining a handstand straddle position), 3) a press hold, and 4) a press to your feet.

Houston is also with Whitney at the palace, and as usual, causes a problem.
