ZX Spectrum Next - new & upcoming games inc. Tyvarian 2, O, UrbX Warrirors, Wing Warriors [02/03/26]

I give the Amiga the day off and instead dust off my ZX Spectrum Next to check out some of the newer developments. It has to be said that up to this point, there were really only a handful of games that had come out and a few more that had demos available, but luckily what we did have was a lot to get our teeth into.

Perhaps the most high-profile is the demo of UrbX Warriors, by Tony Warriner and Stoo Cambridge. This looks amazing and will also be coming to the Amiga. Also, Tyvarian 2 by Rusty Pixels is excellent, as is the stunning-looking platformer O and the absolutely bargain shooter Wing Warriors. Go With The Flow is a promising puzzle game that again boasts some impressive presentation and graphics, and Inferno Dash is a simple but fun puzzler in itself.
