When to Harvest Sweet Potatoes

It is quite easy to plant Sweet Potato slips but do you know when the harvest is due?

On average, Sweet potatoes will take 3-4 months for maturity. However, there is one specie which takes 5 - 6 for complete maturity of the starch.

At the end of the 3 - 4 months period, go through your farm/garden and check those hills and vines for potatoes bursting up above ground.
