at home online school morning routine

So it seems like almost all schools are shut down right now so that means millions of kids are experiencing school at home and/or online school all of a sudden. This is not at all unfamiliar to me as I have been homeschooled. It is kind of ironic that I just recently went back to school, https://youtu.be/Afk9pzdO9oQ so I am bummed that I have to stop that, but I am really glad that I have cool teachers and classmates to do the work with online and the work load it a lot, but I find if I have a good morning routine then I can face the work at home and I can feel connected to everyone and to my self confidence.

Tell me in the comments a struggle that you are having with doing online school and I can try to give you tips or ideas to make it better.

Here are some tips if you are new to doing school at home (modified from my mom's friend Christi Lachney):
1. School shouldn’t take all day. If you get it done fast then roll with it don't feel guilty.
2. Take lots of breaks. It’s good for the body and mind.
3. Standing up to work is awesome. So is upside down on the couch. Let them work comfortably. Naps in the midst of school are good for the brain too!
4. Kids need to move, take exercise breaks, jump in place, stretch, walk in the yard or up and down the stairs.
5. Reward yourself with little things if you don't feel like doing something. Like watch 10 mins of YouTube if you do 10 mins of math. Eat a candy after a big assignment!
6. Eat! Focus is easier with steady blood sugar.
7. Keep in touch with friends and watch my videos!!
