The Eat More Plants Official TOFU VEG STIR-FRY🍃

Chinese Restaurant Style Brown Sauce🍃
3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 1/2 cups Onion, chopped
3 tbsp Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Ginger, minced
1/2 cup Scallions, chopped
3 cups Water
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup Shaoxing Cooking Wine
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp White Pepper
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
6 tbsp Cornstarch + 6 tbsp Water, mixed

Stir fry vegetables and vegan proteins of choice in a wok or saute pan. As soon as they are cooked, ladle in sauce to your liking.

Serve with steamed rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
