living with yourself isn't always easy - so I wanted to make a video talking about how I have and continue to slowly build a good relationship with myself, becoming my own best friend in the process, and finding it much easier to regulate my feelings and find joy in the little things. Overall my daily experience has improved with this mindset of 'observing' instead of blindly following feelings and inclinations. Instead, slowing down and allowing for self-reflection and inner growth. Hope you enjoy this and please share your own thoughts! Sending much love
