Simple and Easy Bulanglang Babi

Bulanglang in Pampanga is different from the bulanglong of the other provinces. Here when we say Bulanglang we expect the familiar tart scent of guavas and boiling meat. Such an odorous but wonderfull concontion of a satisfying and filling meaty soupy dish. Lets eat!

INGREDIENTS
1 kilo Liempo
1 tali Kangkong
8 pcs. Bayabas
5 pcs. Small Gabi
1 tali okra
3 green Chillies siling haba
1 head onion
Fish Sauce
Salt
