Destroy Maps and Bosses with Cold Reap | Path of Exile 3.14

Really been having a ton of fun with this build, even went further than expected in terms of leveling and if I had to go to 100 this league this may be the build for me. This takes advantage of the cheap void batteries and badge of the brotherhood this league. Original idea came from JungRoan's fire version of reap.
