Kheer Recipe | Chawal ki Kheer | Rice Kheer Eid Special Dessert | Dessert

Welcome to ZaiqaNation! In today’s video, we’re making a delicious and creamy Chawal ki Kheer — a classic Indian rice pudding recipe that’s perfect for any festive occasion like Eid, Diwali, or a family get-together!

✨ Ingredients:
1/3 cup rice (washed & soaked)
1 liter full cream milk
100-150gm Condensed milk or sugar (as per taste)
1tbsp green cardamom powder (elaichi)
Chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
A pinch of saffron (optional)

Method:
• Soak cashews and rice for 15 minutes
• Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan
• Grind soaked cashews and rice into a smooth paste
• Add the paste to the milk and cook on low flame
• Stir continuously until rice softens and milk thickens
• Add condensed milk and mix well
• Add chopped dry fruits and cook for another 5–10 minutes
• Add cardamom powder, stir, and turn off the flame after 5 minutes
• Serve warm or chilled; garnish with more dry fruits and saffron strands.

📝 Tips:

Use full cream milk for extra creaminess.
Stir regularly to avoid sticking.
Can be stored in the fridge for 2–3 days.
