This one really unique arrange. I wonder if you guys have heard this arranger before but he is mainly making this kind of instrumental arranges. I am really surprised the fact that he is not really popular in the doujin scene. I think it is because he is mainly working alone without belonging to any offical circle and mostly releasing his works on his nicovideo page. In my humble opinion this artist deserves more love since he is one of the finest instrumental arrange producer. When you talk about traditional, folk or any other instrumental arranges then the first artists that comes to mind are Kou Ogata, Yukkie Mizuhashi, Aizawa, hamu, Urue Koreito and people in Floating Cloud and xi-on. I wish Rubai released his works in more offical albums so that he would be known by the fans more.
