DAL 6045 Tri-blade Problem [Propwashed Testbench]

While reviewing the new DAL 6045 tri-blade props for our recent DAL tri-blade comparison article, I ran into a strange issue. These props exhibit some sort of flutter at certain rotor speeds which makes them all but useless for multirotor uses.
