NASSAU's free beach! JUNKANOO Beach in Nassau Bahamas-! Guided tour of the EASY WALK TO IT!!

Come along with us to Nassau, Bahamas as we bring you on a guided tour to Junkanoo Beach, the closest beach to the Nassau cruise port! This is Episode 001 of our Nassau Bahamas series and is a detailed guide of the easy walk to Junkanoo Beach (Western Esplanade Beach).

This video provides a detailed overview of all the amenities available on Junkanoo Beach including rentals, the different beach areas, restrooms and showers available, the Tiki Bikini Hut restaurant/bar and the other small food huts at the beach.

This video highlights the path you take from the cruise port as well as some of the sights and shopping options along the way. The walk is only 0.7 miles (1.1km) and takes about 15 minutes. On your way to Junkanoo Beach you go past many high end retailers on Bay Street as well as the local vendors at the Straw Market as well as the local artisan craft vendors in Pompey Square.
