TMS9995 Heidenhain TNC155A CLP debugger

Creating a debugger for TNC155A graphics board.
Board has TMS9995 processor on it.

I'm trying with this to figure out the packet format for the HE-310 handwheel.

Handwheel interfaces with a serial connection and is read from the graphics board with the TMS9995 processor.
