In todays video, Lizzy Capri surprises her boyfriend Carter Sharer by
filling up his entire room with giant balloons. In Carter's last video, he dyed puppy Milli's fur pink and before that he colored Stove's hair blue. In order to surprise him back, Lizzy gets Stove's Kitchen and Ryan Prunty to help blow up as many colorful balloons as they can while Carter is out of the house. They have to move quickly to fill up the room before he can come back otherwise the surprise will be ruined. Carter has no idea what is in store for him when he get's back to the Dream Team mansion.
