This video shows you how to create your own tulle pom-poms, enabling you to make a garland. this garland is really cute and could be used as decorations for a room, party or garden. The pom-poms are made of tulle which is a plastic netting, this means it is suitable for indoor and outdoor use as it won't lose shape. However, I would not recommend long term outdoor use.

This project is ideal for isolation as it is suitable for all, easy and the only unusual equipment required is tulle. *handle scissors with care.
