Last week, James ‘Arg’ Argent was subjected to cruel online taunts about his weight gain after appearing on a This Morning film. In addition, a tabloid newspaper headline has made him fear for his life, after suggesting he was on 'death row’. Now, in a bid to slim down, Arg joins us on the sofa promising to make a dramatic lifestyle change. Today he faces up to his weight gain, as well as his on/off relationship with Gemma Collins.
