Conflict Resoluton IV

Resolving a conflict is a process. A proven process is more likely to succeed than responding in the heat of the moment, according to your inflamed emotions. The 12 to 15 principles of conflict resolution presented in this series of presentations are a rough outline of a process for resolving differences of opinion, conflict, and normal negotiation of any transaction. This presentation will focus on these three conflict resolution principles: 1) avoiding blame, 2) clarifying misunderstandings, and 3)using neutral language during the process.
