COOKING IN NEPAL. Our cooking lesson in Nepal was a success!
We were lucky to have the chance to do it in the wonderful hotel we were staying at: Kantipur Temple House.

Chef Agree Krishna Gajurel introduced us to the most used spices and the process of creating each dish we picked....we had a long list!

The video is divided into two parts and these are the dishes we made:
Buckwheat Pancake
Aloo KO Tarkari (Nepali potato curry)
Tato Tato Jhol (Vegetable soup)
Momocha (dumplings)
Masu Pakako (chicken curry)
Shikarani (Nepali dessert)
