Almofadas Recheado com Chouriço (Pillows Stuffed with Chourico)

My cousin Daniela taught me how to make this. It can be made with all different types of Portuguese sausages such as Chourico, Linguica, Morcela and Alheira. The only thing she suggests is that if you make it with the Morcela that you serve it with chunks of fresh pineapple. Trust me when I say, these simply stuffed pillows are delicious!!
