Anyone who knows me knows that I am a huge fan of Disney.

Disney movies are elaborate and diverse, and yet they all have something in common. They tell the story of the Hero's Journey. It starts with a yearning for adventure, for something greater. The hero finds the faith to follow their dreams. Then they hit difficult obstacles and a wise mentor is there to guide them on their path. After learning many lessons along the way, they realize their dream. And then some. Their eyes are opened. They experience great epiphanies about life. And they now have a whole new view of the world.

In creating this Medley, we have tried to capture that Universal story of the Hero's Journey.

Disney has changed my life. I played Ariel in The Voyage of the Little Mermaid for two years at Disney World and toured Asia performing with Disney on Classic, voicing Rapunzel, Snow White, Pinocchio and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas. Those opportunities were such a dream come true because I get to see firsthand how the power of Disney Music brings Magic to people's lives. I hope that you will enjoy this medley and find it inspirational.
