20 Min Full Body TRX AMRAP Workout Including Standing Exercises Only! A functional high intensity workout to push your body to the limit!

Grab your straps, a bottle of water and let's get this done! This workout will hit your entire body while all exercise is done standing.

AMRAP = As Many Round As Possible
This TRX workout is broken down into four 5 minute circuits with 5 exercises performed in 8 reps each. Complete as many rounds as possible for each group of exercises!
