Shot Putter runs Hurdles

Jolien Maliga Boumkwo showed true team spirit during the European Athletics Team Championships in Poland.

The Belgian shot putter stepped in for the 100 meters hurdles after the regular hurdler, Anne Zagré, suffered an injury.

Jolien Maliga Boumkwo finished secured two points for the Belgian team.

She herself says that it was "definitely worth it" if her performance helps to keep Belgium in the top division.
