How to Fix the HTTP 404 Error 'We can’t connect you' on Office 365 Login | VPS Tutorial

Recently, we have noticed that a few of our computers have this annoying error with Outlook, which then seems to spread to other Office apps. When attempting to log in to Office 365 from a Windows computer, users are getting a 404 error that reads:
“We can’t connect you. Looks like we can’t connect to one of our services right now. Please try again later, or contact your helpdesk if the issue persists. HTTP 404.”

This error message is a Microsoft error message that could indicate a Windows registry setting has not been configured, or due to Internet Explorer settings.
