Nako to Kaza is my favorite part of the whole Kinnaur / Spiti Valley road trip. Especially Hikkim and Komic.

Once, you leave Nako, the journey and the roads are mind blowing. The whole journey is so full of adventure and scenic. Once you reach Sumdo, you leave Kinnaur behind and you enter in Spiti Valley. From then onward you witness the beauty of Spiti valley.

My Journey doesn't ends there. In the video I take you to Hikkim, World's highest Post Office and later to Komic, World's highest village. Hikkim is around 16 km from Kaza but it takes around 45 minutes to reach there, because the roads are really narrow and the drive is very difficult. Let me tell you, no matter whichever month you visit there, its going to be supper cold. My hands and feet were freezing.

At Hikkim, I show you world's highest restaurant and then Tangyud Monastery. Not everyone is allowed to make videos inside monastery. My very thanks goes to the Lama ji for allowing me to shoot the Tangyud Monastery.

Later next day, I take you to the famous Key Monastery. Key monastery is hardly 15 Km from Kaza. Unfortunately, photography wasn't allowed inside, so I could not get you any pictures, but I did cover the outdoors well.
