How to Crochet a Hat/Beanie with a Flower

Hi there, I would like to show you how to crochet this easy hat. Choose whichever color you like and you can add the flower which is in a separate video or you can leave the flower off, it is up to you. The pattern is as follows:

HAT WITH FLOWER
Peaches and Cream cotton 4 ply
Hook 5.5mm

Chain = ch, Stitch = st, Double Crochet = dc, Single Crochet = sc, Chain Space = ch sp, Space = sp, Slip Stitch = st, Treble = tr
Ch4 in beginning rounds counts as dc, ch2, * * repeat what is in the stars.

1. Ch4, ss into first ch to form a ring

2. Ch4 work* 1dc in ring, ch2* x7 (= 8dc), join with ss to 2nd ch of the beg ch 4

3. ss into sp, Ch4, dc in same space, ch2. In each space do* dc, ch2, dc, ch2*, until 16 dc all together. Ss into 2nd ch of the beg ch4

4. ss into sp, ch 4, dc in same sp, *ch2, dc in next sp, ch2, dc ch2 dc in next sp* do this around till (24) or 25 dc. Ss into 2nd ch of beg ch4

5. ss into sp, ch 4,* dc in the next sp ch2* all the way around keeping your (24) or 25 dc, ss into 2nd ch of beg ch4.

Keep doing row 5 until desired length.
Do 3sc in each space to make a rim around
