I’ve been using this DIY hair spray lately and I’ve been noticing new baby hair growth, so I wanted to share it here 🤍

What I use:
• 1 tbsp rosemary leaves
• ½ tbsp methi (fenugreek seeds)
• 120–130 ml water

I boil everything together for about 10 minutes, let it cool, and store it in a spray bottle. I use each batch for up to 7 days, then make a fresh one.

I use it as a leave-in spray on alternate days. I don’t completely drench my hair/scalp — I just lightly dampen it and let it absorb. I also massage my scalp before applying.

Methi does have a strong smell, so you can skip it if you want, but I personally still use it.

Important:
Please do a patch test first if you have a sensitive scalp. Everyone’s scalp reacts differently — if you notice irritation, unusual shedding, or discomfort, stop using it.
