Zoroastrian Fire Temple - Yazd - Iran

After 1500 years, the fire of Yazd fire temple is still burning and it has never been put out! Yazd is the center of Zoroastrianism in Iran. It is said that Zarathustra was born in 1768 BC on north west of Iran and then he became prophet at the age of 35. This religion is the first Monotheistic religion and the they call on God as Ahura Mazda which means great, wise, creator.
