Chickenless Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients:

Soya chunks

Boiled potatoes

Red chilli powder

Coriander powder (dhaniya powder)

Kitchen King masala

Ginger garlic paste

Corn flour

Maida (all-purpose flour)

Salt

For the gravy:

Oil

Cumin seeds (jeera)

Bay leaf (tez patta)

Dry red chilli

Garam masala

Green chillies

Onions

Salt

Tomatoes

Ginger garlic paste

Turmeric powder

Coriander powderKashmiri red chilli powder

Kasuri methi

Meat masala

Ghee

Water

Fresh coriander leaves

Recipe Steps:

-Boil and grind the soya chunks. Mix with mashed boiled potatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, maida, and salt to form a dough.

-Shape the dough into chicken leg pieces and deep fry until golden and crisp.

-For the gravy, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, dry red chilli, and garam masala.

-Add green chillies, chopped onions, and salt. Sauté until onions turn golden. Then add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, kasuri methi, meat masala, and cook well.

-Pour in some water and let the gravy simmer until thickened. Finish with a little ghee and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.chilli powder, kasuri methi, meat masala, and cook well.
