Sustainability & Farm to Table Show | #1 Regenerative Agriculture

The first episode of The Forking Truth was shot at Black Cat Farm-Table-Bistro in Boulder, CO. We get to explore the establishments with Drew as he meets Eric Skokan, some of his family and friends who make it all possible. They use some permaculture practices, as well as others to bring the most nutritious sustainable food to their patrons and community. 

The Forking Truth isn’t just a food show; it’s a journey around the nation, in search of the tastiest, most nutritious, sustainably sourced food. It’s a journey into innovative ideas. It’s an adventure that we will embark on together.

We’ll meet forward-thinking entrepreneurs and bold restaurateurs, outside the box farmers and the establishments that they supply.
