TV Licensing Threat Letter Feb 2022

It has been about a year since i received a threat letter from TV Licensing, i thought they had given up sending out letters, this is the first one this year.
So far i have been Legally licence free for 9 years and it has cost them an estimated £72 on postage during that time in order to send me these threat letters.
