Nice watch that you pick up on the internet for less than 25 dollar !!
Following the information on the internet Paulareis is more or less Dutch.... there is a homepage Paulareis Amsterdam where they present them self as a real luxury brand.... right let's be real, the watches are not bad but nothing more then an knock-off, Fake, replica or rebranded copy of a few real nice Swiss brands..... Their homepage shows already they are hiding a lot and showing more stores from other brands then you own store is telling more or less the whole story. This brand don't have a store in the street they show and they only sell fake watches true the internet as well on their own site as on Aliexpress. They don't have any designs of their own but sell fake Panarai, Rolex,Omega, TAG etc watches with their own logo and name on it. They don't sell those 1:1 copies so that is a plus but you only have to look at the watch in this review to understand what I mean.
The watches are not really bad they use proven cheap Chinese movements that do their job but they miss always the functions that the original watches have..... the 2813 movement for example, don't have a chronograph function so all watches with sub dials just have calendar function and\or extra second hands and 24 hour dial... and they sell those as "all sub dials working" the are right they are working but don't do what you might think
The watch in this review runs oke, but the real problem with the cheap movements is still the power-reserve... some watch-winders can not even keep it running..... I am lucky one of my winders keeps it running the others not.... and after wearing it a full dayat work the power runs out in less then 24 hours and that is just really bad... even for this price.
But There are a few good things to say about the brand... It does make it possible to have the looks of a Swiss watch for the price an supermarket watch. The fact they do put their own name and logo on it is kind of cool, at least if you own one you don't look as a poser with a fake watch and that can make the watch cool after al.
I do use mine regular as an work watch, when using it it runs oke a few minutes a day max off anf with a price less then 25 euro it's no big deal if something happens to it....
