Jose Mujica's advise for young people (Subtitled in English and German)

I recently discovered a part of a speech by José Mujica, ex president of Uruguay. He directed some of his words to the young people who are on this earth right now. I really liked it and wanted to share it on my facebook, unfortunately there was no version with German or English subtitles.
I decided to translate it into both languages and add subtitles.
