NIA Arrests 2 Alleged ISIS Operatives at Mumbai Airport After 2-Year Manhunt | NewsX

In a major anti-terror operation, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested two alleged ISIS operatives, Abdullah Fayyaz Sheikh alias Diaperwala and Talha Khan, at Mumbai International Airport. The duo had been absconding since 2023, accused of fabricating and testing IEDs in Pune, Maharashtra. They were intercepted upon their return from Jakarta, Indonesia, where they had been hiding for nearly two years. Non-bailable warrants and ₹3 lakh bounties each were issued against them. Their arrest is part of an ongoing crackdown on ISIS sleeper cells in India.
