Spicejet Airlines puts its Passengers in Trouble

17th November, 2014 (Wednesday) at Dabolim Airport, Goa - Spicejet Airlines Delays, Cancels & then Reschedules it's Flight SG254 amongst various others. I happened to be one of the Passengers of Flight Number SG254 which was scheduled to fly at 1:45 P.M. i.e afternoon but I received a message that the flight has been delayed by an Hour i.e. 2:50 P.M. As I reached the Airport I saw the Screen showing the schedule of Flights and it showed "Cancelled" and when I went to the Spicejet Outlet, I saw people showing their anger and frustration at the Spicejet Representatives.

It was Very Unprofessional and Highly Unexpected of them, there were many arguments between the Passengers and the Airline Management, one of the Lady featured in this video took a stand for more than Half an hour but the airlines had no answer to her plight but only that "The Airline is under financial crisis and the aeroplane doesn't have fuel, they themselves haven't received any salaries and so on."

Really, hopeless, that they could not make alternative arrangements and inform in advance of such a delay. Some passenger had an interview, some passengers had some important meeting to attend and one of the passengers had to cremate his father and there must be many unheard stories of plight. I myself with my 64 years old mother got caught up in this mess, I had a train to catch from Delhi to Chandigarh (1000/- wasted) instead I had to shell out 5,564 rupees for a Cab from the Delhi Airport to Chandigarh. It was an uncomfortable journey as the heater of the car wasn't working and it was all foggy on the way.
