In the legacy van Jimi Hendrix vertellen Nederlandse topmuzikanten over de invloed van deze wereldberoemde gitarist, die postuum de Sena Performers Guitar Award 2020 heeft gewonnen. Vedran Mirčetić is gitarist in de band De Staat en docent aan het Conservatorium van Amsterdam. “De rechterhand van Jimi Hendirx is de driving force van zijn spel; die blijft maar doorgaan, super funky en groovend, en hij slaat veel meer aan dan je eigenlijk hoort omdat hij de noten dempt die je niét speelt”, aldus Vedran Mirčetić, die dat aspect van Hendrix’ spel uitgebreid toelicht en laat horen.
