Installation of a Ring Flood Light Camera - Video Surveillance for the Barndominium

How to install a Ring Floodlight Camera to a new location and tie into an existing switch or outlet hot wire.
I cut a hole in the metal siding and installed a new electrical box to mount the Ring to. I then ran the Romex wire over to an existing switch where I tapped into the hot wire side of the switch.
When testing the system, I found I could not turn the light off with the app. Have you had this issue? What about any extra wires in the back that don't match the instruction manual? If you are frustrated like I was, watch this video to find out what the issue is and how I resolved it.
